OUR SPACES
We proudly offer our incredible venue, The Hideout, along with our private gym, The Zone. Our spaces have all been designed to improve mental and physical health for everyone.
We are family and child-friendly, support breastfeeding mothers and are fully accessible for people with disabilities. As an LGBTQ+ safe space, we celebrate diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued.

To hold a workshop, please note that a minimum booking of two hours is required. We also offer discounts for large block bookings!
