ABOUT US
Here at Xquisite Spaces UK, we are dedicated to providing top-quality, multi-use venues that serve and support our community.
We now have three locations around Bristol! Our original studio 'Connect' and private gym 'The Zone', are based in BS5. Just outside the clean air zone and close to the City Centre, these venues offer easy access to public transport, making them convenient for everyone. Our newest venue and main office, 'The Green House', opened in November 2025! Located in BS3, we are right round the corner from Bedminster train station. We also have a car park right next to the venue!
Our spaces are thoughtfully designed to inspire and encourage creativity among people of all ages and backgrounds.
We strive to create a positive impact by igniting passion and awakening curiosity, uniting mental health and physical well-being in all that we do.

HOW IT ALL BEGAN!
I started Xquisite Spaces Uk over five years ago, just as the summer of lockdown 2020 came to an end. Like many, I found that time incredibly difficult, but it also gave me something rare: the chance to take a step back and figure out what I really wanted to do with my life.
I wamted to create a space where people could feel part of something meaningful, where they could reconnect with their community and build something positive for themselves and others.
The business isn't just about the spaces; it's about the opportunities they create. It's about helping people take steps towards wellness, community, and even starting something new for themselves. Looking back, it's hard to believe how far we've come - but I'm reminded every day that even in the toughest moments, there's potential for something amazing to grow!

LOUISE
FOUNDER, OWNER AND MANAGER.
Hi, I'm Louise (She/Her), the Founder, Owner and Manager of Xquisite Spaces UK!
I am a single parent to my wonderful son, Isaiah and a Qualified Personal Trainer & Weight Lifting Coach.
I enjoy swimming, cycling, adventuring outdoors and travelling to different places.
I am so proud of everything the company has achieved since starting in 2020, and what is has grown into. The variety of events and classes are incredible. I'm so grateful for the team of people I have around me, they are Xquisite! I couldn't have done any of this without them, or the fantastic people who use the spaces. I value you all so much.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Hi I'm Bethany (She/Her) and I'm the Operations Coordinator at Xquisite Spaces UK!
I'm a Dancer based in Bristol, but originally from just outside of Oxfordshire.
I love Xquisite Spaces UK, because you can really feel the love and passion that has gone into creating the spaces!
They are always well looked after! The spaces hold such a great energy, you feel it as soon as you walk in!

Hiya, my name is Poppy (She/Her) and I am the Social Media and Marketing Manager for Xquisite Spaces UK!
I am a Dancer and Artist originally from Bath. I moved to Bristol over 2 years ago and love it here!
Xquisite Spaces UK, houses a huge part of Bristol's dance community. As a dancer myself, it is such a beautiful, welcoming and supportive space to grow, make new friends and feel safe.
I love the mission, vision and values of the company and how much significance they have, inside and out side of the space.
Louise is an inspirational woman and I am incredibly honoured to be working with her. The rest of the team are also amazing, hard working people and I'm so excited to be on this amazing journey with them.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Hi! My name is Iris (She/Her) and I'm the Assistant Operations for Xquisite Spaces UK!
I'm a dancer and teacher from Tenerife, Spain, and I've been teaching dance classes in Bristol for the past five years - honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made!
I held my first class at Xquisite Spaces when they had just opened, and since day one they've supported me and helped me grow both my classes and my business. Xquisite Spaces is all about community, mutual support, and inclusion - and you truly feel it the moment you step through the door.
That's why being part of their team is an absolute dream. After so many years of dedication, passion, and love poured into what they do, I'm proud to support their growth and be part of something so special.
